If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items for a prompt refund or exchange.
Our quality control team inspects each product before packaging to ensure the maximum customer's satisfaction.
Simply follow the instructions, and submit a request for return or exchange and we will try our best to meet your request.
Need a different size, color or pattern? Have a hassle-free exchange if it is in stock.
Returns & Exchanges Requirement
Purchase can be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the delivered date.
- Items and packaging must be received in new condition.
- The original manufacturer's packaging must not be damaged.
- Packaging must include all original items, manuals etc.
- Return Authorization Number must be clearly marked on the shipping box.
- Return package must include a copy of the original invoice or sale receipt.
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost.
If an item does not meet these criteria your refund will be denied.

How to Make Your Return or Exchange

2: Get authorization and return address via email within 24 hours.
3: Pack and ship return package. Items must be in its original packaging with original label. Please remember to include the packing slip in the package.
4: Receive refund within a week or a replacement order be placed within 3 days after we get your return package.
Please allow 3 to 7 business days for shipping, and an additional 3 to 7 business days processing your returns. We will notify you via email once we have processed your refund or exchange.
